The room was generous-sized and newly decorated, we had a work desk, a multi-channel television, and a sitting area. the hotel's location was wonderful, a short walk to eating areas, all the wineries of the Swan Valley, and the front ponds.

The team members are incredibly nice and accommodating. The newly remodeled room is soundproof. The room comes with an open bathroom, shower, hair dryer, and bath sheets. There are lots of great items for continental breakfast

The service was exceptional and the location was marvellous and stunning. It was about 30 km from the airport. The staff were all kind and courteous.

Comfortable and stylish room was given to us. Everything looked really good. the staff was super nice and even offered to wake us up and help with ironing! 🌟

The staff were attentive, beautiful location to Ellenbrook shopping centre. Besides, it was very close to three different areas by staff and a restaurant and chocolate factory.

Our room was brand-new and neat, included with a shower, bedrooms, and a good view facing the tennis court. the pool area was clean. - the location was easy, not far from the Swan Valley and nature.

Want to say thanks for real good stay. This well-equipped hotel is based in a pretty building and has a casual restaurant. Helpful and top-class staff, they know their business. Its location is incredible, short walk to bars and poolside, the vineyards and the Muscats restaurant. The café bar makes the complimentary drinks.

The staff was top-class - I will be back. Loved spending my time in this clean small hotel. The rooms were a nice size, complete with the bathroom, great views, a patio, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too.

The setting here is just perfect, with a beautiful golf course right by the hotel. 🌿 the room has been recently updated and is well-kept, plus the staff at the front desk are really friendly and helpful.

During my recent stay at Novotel, I had an incredible experience. The spacious and comfortable suite provided me with a breathtaking view of the tennis court. I was pleasantly surprised by the abundance of wildlife, including ducks, blue tongue lizards, and kangaroos, that came right up to the apartment. The layout of the apartment was perfect and I appreciated the provided tea and coffee as well as the convenient laundry facilities. Despite a few minor cleanliness issues, I could not deny the beauty of the surroundings and the excellent amenities offered. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We loved that you dont have to leave the hotel as it has plenty to keep you busy, from the golf course to the gym, spa and pool. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar in the evening and lovely reasonably priced food in the cafe. There is a shuttle bus to take you to wineries and restaurants in the valley if you feel the need to leave the resort.,

Rooms were a little noisy late at night and early in the morning from people walking along the corridors and there was quite a bit of noise coming from the outdoor spa area.

It was a great location to stay after my friends wedding, I only stayed one night but would definately visit again for some form of indulgence!! Breakfast was great and room service were very friendly!

Found the sign a bit confusing to get to the actual hotel and reception but other than that nothing really

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Swan Valley. The location was perfect, as it was close to all the wineries in the region. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with wonderful huge showers. I also enjoyed the breakfast included in my stay, which had a variety of options to choose from.

I had a great experience with this hotel and found everything to be okay.
